Happy 3 Months &13 Weeks!

I didn't get a pic of you in your Sunday dress today but I did get you in your princess onsie sleeper... There are castles, hearts, princesses and lace with bows over your hands so your dreams are extra sweet ;)

 I had fun dressing you up today and doing a mini photoshoot... everyone says that you're the most photographed baby.. I think it's true cuz you're mine!!

 You love sucking on your left hand and for the first time today I caught you staring at your hand for a few seconds.  Kinda fun to see you developing you adorable babe!

January 4, 2012 Day 89

Lazy day at home with a quick emergency run to GW cuz dad locked his keys in the car.  You are no longer happy in your car seat so I can only go out when you are about to fall asleep or it's a traumatizing experience for everyone.  Today I also painted your nails to match mine ; ) 
Dad is on call tonight so it's just you and me till tomorrow!  Good thing that you're so adorable!!

January 3, 2012 Day 88

A new year and a new mom! Today was my first "official" day as your stay at home mom.  I'm happy to be home with you.  It will be an adjustment for me and I hope that I can do  my best to keep you entertained, fed and happy :)  You decided to surprise me and sleep in till 9am! (with the exception of your snacks at 3:30 and 6:30am)  Wahoo!! It was nice to sleep till 9 instead of getting up at 6am.  So we had lots of tummy time, read books, went shopping, to the post office and to the bank to pay rent.  I'll have to admit that I had a Mama Bear moment today.  Some lady at Walmart asked if you could "breathe in there"  referring to the hood and blanket I had over your carseat because (1) you were sleeping and it was cold outside and (2) because I didn't want any snotty nosed walmart people touching or looking at you.  Well I smiled and turned away,  well the lady just stood there like I should pull the blanket off of your carseat so she could look at you.  So I just turned to her and told her you were Ok in there and then turned my back again and went down a different isle.  Well she was super annoyed that I wasn't going to let her see you but whatever.  You're MY baby and I don't just let anyone peer in a tell me what to do with you :)   All in all we had quite an eventful / uneventful day.  Then we finished it all off with a nice bath using some bedtime baby bath soap that I got today.  You were a doll all day and I love you so much!!

 We tried tummy time again before your bedtime bath.. It wasn't super successful so you ended up playing with your ball and staring at me :)
