Beach day with our Sweet baby!! I got you all dressed up in your cutest swimsuit!

You were a little sad when we first got there, I think it was the wind that kept blowing in your face but I made you a bum dent in the sand so you could sit up and it was all smiles from then on.

You are so observant!  You just sat straight faced and watched the water go in and out and loved every  min of it.  

 Dad felt a little brave and took you out into the deep.. well not that deep but you were loving the waves that were crashing in on you.. it was pretty adorable!

So we were all enjoying some time on the sand when I looked over and noticed some sand in your hair then looked down to my horror to see sand all over you!!! I guess when I wasn't watching you grabbed the blanked and pulled it over you and there was sand everywhere!!  You were even drinking it on your bottle.. and of course you were just smiling at us as we were freaking out trying to decide what to do... of course as your mom I had to take a picture first.. haha.. then we dumped a couple water bottles on your head which washed most of it off your face... oh I'm sure this is just a small glimpse into what is going to be a fun toddler to be :)

You sure are a mama's girl and I love it!! You are my favorite little person and I can't get enough of you... Love you little monkey!

 Today we took you to Downtown Disney.  We were going to take you to DisneyWorld but you are a little young to appreciate it all so we figured it would be just as fun to go Downtown Disney.  You were a champ and loved looking around at everyone and everything!!

At one point you got all tuckered out and so we took advantage of your nap and Dada and I went and played in Lego Land and made some awesome creations

 Well you screamed with excitement when you saw Minnie so I had to buy it for you!!

 As we were leaving we ran into Uncle Mark and Aunt Kathy!! So crazy!! They had fun holding you and chatting it up.. then we were off to eat dinner with Granny Dee & Steve.

Back at the hotel room with Minnie... I think you will be best buddies.

 Yesterday we drove across the state of Florida so we are now on the East side at  Vero Beach.  We decided to go for a drive while your Granny Dee and Grandpa Steve took a nap.  You were having fun yelling at the water as it came in and got a little scared if it came in to fast. 

 

Water came in a little quicker than we thought.. hahah

 

You LOVE Granny Dee's bird Randy.  You loved to smile and laugh at her all night.  You are still a little hesitant to hang out with Granny Dee on  your own but overall very happy to finally get to meet your 4th Great Grandma!!  Lucky girl!

Florida Vacation!

 Today you got to meet Mommy's friend Vanessa and her little boy Fen in Tampa Florida! You were pretty fussy on the flight over and I can't blame you since we left at 5am.  But by the time we drove to Tampa you were a happy camper. Somehow though you got a cough the day before so you had this flemmy cough today which I'm sure will last a bit.  Poor little tike!!

 You were in style coming into Orlando in your Minnie Mouse shirt :)

 Tia Vanessa just LOVED holding you and smothering you with snuggles and kisses.  You weren't so sure of her at first because you have some stranger anxiety but after a bit you warmed up and it was like you were best friends.

 Fen got a little jealous of Vanessa holding you all day. heheh  We went for a long walk with Vanessa and Fen and you just squealed the whole time and kept staring at Fen and trying to "talk" to him.  I'm glad you are already a social baby.


Tuesday, April 24th we took you to the beach for the first time!!

 You weren't so sure at first seeing the water coming at you but in the end loved looking around and feeling the sand and ocean on your toes.

 Fen ran around like a crazy man. heheh
